1. Consultation: Your Vision, Our Guidance
Your journey begins with a relaxed, no-pressure consultation at our
Brisbane showroom or online. We’ll take the time to understand your
ideas, explore design options, and walk you through the process.
Whether you’re after a classic engagement ring or something completely
custom, our expert team will help bring your vision into focus.
2. Design & CAD
If you've chosen a ring from our Signature or Ring Builder Collection, no CAD approval is required. These designs have been carefully refined and pre-approved by our jewellers. If you're working on a fully bespoke design, we'll provide a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model for your review—typically within 1–2 weeks of deposit. You can request changes until you're completely happy, and once approved, we begin crafting your piece.
3. Crafting & Creation
Using a blend of traditional jewellery techniques and modern
technology, your ring is brought to life by our expert artisans. The
process includes 3D printing a wax model, lost-wax casting into your
chosen metal, precise gemstone setting, and meticulous finishing. Each
piece undergoes multiple stages of quality control to ensure it meets
our standards-and yours.
4. Final Touches & Delivery
Once your piece passes final inspection, we'll send you photos and videos for a final preview. We then arrange for express shipping or secure in-store pickup from our Brisbane location.
5. Aftercare & Support
Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. We offer complimentary
lifetime servicing for all ceremonial and fine jewellery pieces, including
polishing, cleaning, and prong tightening. We also provide one free
resizing within the first 6 months. To maintain your warranty, we
recommend servicing your ring with us annually.
From first sketch to final polish, every step is designed to honour your
story. With care, precision, and timeless craftsmanship, we create
jewellery that’s made to be worn-and loved-for life.

STAGE TWO DESIGN & CAD
Seen before it’s made.
Signature and Ring Builder designs are ready to craft, no approval required. Bespoke pieces get a CAD model within one to two weeks, refined until it’s exactly right.
STAGE THREE CRAFTING
Shaped by hand.
Crafted through traditional techniques and finished with modern precision, every piece is waxed, cast, set and meticulously hand-finished by our artisans. Every detail is carefully considered before it leaves our workshop.
STAGE FOUR DELIVERY
The final reveal.
A private preview in photo and film, once your piece passes final inspection. Then, express delivery or a quiet collection in-store.
STAGE FIVE AFTERCARE
Cared for, always.
Your piece is designed to be treasured for a lifetime. That’s why every creation includes complimentary lifetime servicing and one complimentary resize within six months of collection.
