How do I book a jewellery consultation appointment with Gallagher Jewellers?
Choose the appointment type that suits you above, then select a day and time that works for you. Appointments can be booked online in a few minutes, in person at our Brisbane Arcade showroom, or over a private Zoom call, and we’ll send a confirmation by email.
Is there a cost for a private consultation?
No, every consultation is complimentary and obligation-free, whether it’s for an engagement ring, wedding bands or a bespoke design. We’re here to help you explore your options at your own pace.
Can I book a virtual appointment instead of visiting the showroom?
Yes. Most consultations can be held over Zoom if you’re not able to visit us in Brisbane City in person. Simply select the Zoom option when you choose your appointment time.
What should I bring to my engagement ring or wedding ring consultation?
Inspiration images, a rough idea of your budget, and (if relevant) your partner’s ring size are all helpful, but not essential. Our jewellers are happy to guide you through diamonds, gemstones and design options from scratch.
Where is Gallagher Jewellers located and what are your hours?
We’re upstairs on the Gallery Level of Brisbane Arcade, at 20/160 Queen St, Brisbane City QLD 4000. The arcade has a couple of entrances, so if you’re having trouble finding the stairs up, just call us on 07 2111 8662 and we’ll point you in the right direction. We’re open Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Can I book an appointment to collect a repair or have jewellery cleaned?
Yes. Use the Jewellery Collection / Fitting or Jewellery Care & Service options above to book a short in-store visit for collections, fittings, cleaning, inspections or minor repairs.
